“항공사 승무원 될래요” 이스타항공 2015 우수인재 채용박랍회 참가 상담 성황

전북대학교 진수당에서 승무원, 정비사 등 분야별 채용상담 실시 
항공사 입사 꿈꾸는 젊은 인재 상담 성황 

이스타항공이 젊은 인재 채용을 위해 적극적으로 나서고 있다.
‘청년에게 희망을, 기업에게 미래를’이라는 슬로건을 내걸고 지난 11월 19일 전북대학교 진수당에서 열린 ‘2015 우수인재 채용박람회 이스타항공’ 부스에는 항공사 입사를 꿈꾸는 젊은 인재들이 하루 종일 북새통을 이뤘다.
이날 채용박람회는 이스타항공과 현대자동차, IBK투자증권, (주) 휴비스 등 100여개 우수기업이 참여해 채용상담과 현장 면접 채용을 실시했다.
이스타항공 부스를 찾은 김소진(23. 전북대 일어일문과 4년)씨는 “승무원으로서의 자격과 조건 등을 자세히 알 수 있었고, 특히 본인의 장.단점을 알 수 있는 계기가 돼 취업에 많은 도움이 될 것 같다”고 소감을 밝혔다. 또 박윤호(23.전북대 무역학과 3년)씨는 “무역 운송에 관심이 많았는데 항공사의 케이터링 분야도 적성에 맞을 것 같아 차근차근 준비하겠다”고 의지를 밝혔다. 이스타항공은 영업팀과 군산지점, 전주예약센터 직원들이 참여해 부스를 찾은 예비취업생과 학생들을 대상으로 취업상담을 벌였으며 오는 12월2일 전북도가 주관하고 전주대에서 열리는 취업박람회도 참여해 상담활동을 벌인다.

Under the slogan "Hope for the Youth, Future for the Company", the company opened a booth at Job Fair 2015 at Jeonbuk University on November 19. The booth was crowded with people who were interested in working for an airline.
More than 100 renowned and reputable companies including Hyundai Motors, IBK Securities and Huvis participated in the fair and provided career consultation and onsite job interviews.
"I was able to learn about the qualifications and requirements necessary for a flight attendant and what strengths and weaknesses I have." said Sojin Kim (23-year-old senior student studying Japanese language at Jeonbuk University).
"I am interested in trading and transportation and realized that working in the aviation catering industry suits my aptitude," said Yoon-ho Park (23-year-old junior student studying international trade).
The employees from the sales team at the Gunsan office and reservation center in Jeonju participated in the event and provided career consultations for aspirants and students. The company will also join the job fair organized by Jeonbuk Province at Jeonju University on December 2.
